What a busy life I lead.  Just wish it was a bit more productive.  Since last I blogged, we've gotten another new car (well, again, new to us but not truly new), we added to our menagerie, fenced off the front yard and the pasture, celebrated our youngest child's first decade of life and our eldest's entry into teenage-hood.

We finally got our offer accepted just before Christmas last year.   Escrow was supposed to close by the end of January, but it took another couple of weeks (don't ask me why!)

We moved in at the end of February, after painting the whole inside and having the carpets cleaned.
